FAQs

Do I know enough about herbalism to attend?

Probably. While this course isn't for people who have had no herbal training, if you've had even a little you can probably keep up. If Rosalee reads your application and it seems like you could use more education in a few areas she can work with you to make that happen.

If you are already a practicing clinical herbalist with years of experience then this course may be too basic for you.

Are there any requirements or pre-requisites for the course?

Besides having a passion to learn about herbs and being ready to have a fun and positive experience, Rosalee requires that you are familiar with her teachings and teaching style.

Here is a list of ways you can do this.

  • Rosalee's video series on HerbMentor.com (Herbs in Practice, Native Plants, Herbal Glossary, etc)
  • Taking one of Rosalee's online courses (Taste of Herbs, Herbal Cold Care)
  • Listening to a webinar (Transitioning from Student to Practitioner, numerous webinars with John Gallagher)
  • Seeing Rosalee at a conference or other live event
Please be prepared to share which of these things you have done on your course application.
